HP’s video and web production division — Media Solutions — was anxious to introduce their new Channel Builder service — a proprietary video serving platform that allows users to create custom video channels for their employees and customers. Our site redesign incorporated this feature, thus provided site visitors with a real-time demonstration of its capabilities. We also added “Communications Factory” to the group name to help clarify Media Solutions’ role within HP.
In 2012, shortly after Meg Whitman took the helm, HP created HP Experience; new brand guidelines that informed our redesign of the Media Solutions website.
